Use of Service
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You agree not to use the service for any illegal purposes
- All advertising content must comply with applicable laws and advertising standards
- Content promoting violence, discrimination, or illegal activities is strictly prohibited
Account Registration & Security
- Sign Up: You must provide accurate and complete information during registration (Name, Phone, Email, etc.).
- Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account details. deWall Ads is not liable for any loss due to unauthorized access resulting from your negligence.
- One Account: Users should strictly maintain one account per entity unless authorized.
- Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Please review our refund and cancellation terms below for different service categories.
OOH Advertising Campaigns
- Campaigns can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled start date for full refund
- 50% refund for cancellations made 24-48 hours before campaign start
- No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before
- Partial cancellations may be subject to pro-rata charges
Digital Marketing Services
- Monthly plans: Cancel anytime with 7 days notice before next billing cycle
- Unused credits/posts within a billing cycle are non-refundable
- Ad spend on Meta/Google Ads is non-refundable once campaigns go live
- Pro-rata refund available for annual plans cancelled mid-term
Consultation & One-time Services
- Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session is completed
- Website development: 50% advance is non-refundable; balance on completion
- Video production: Refund only if cancelled before production begins
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method

OOH Campaign Execution
- Proof of display (geo-tagged photos) uploaded within 24-48 hours of installation
- Real-time monitoring updates on dashboard (for IoT-enabled boards)
- Campaign completion reports delivered within 3 days of campaign end
Physical Materials (Eco-Flex Banners)
- Standard delivery: 5-7 business days
- Express delivery: 2-3 business days (additional charges apply)
- Installation services available across 500+ cities in India
- Tracking information provided via SMS and email

- OOH Campaigns: 100% advance payment before campaign execution
- Digital Marketing: Monthly plans billed at the start of each cycle
- Website/Video Projects: 50% advance, 50% on completion
- Consultation: Full payment before session
Invoice & GST
- GST @ 18% applicable on all services
- GST invoices generated for all transactions
- Invoice sent to registered email within 24 hours of payment
- B2B clients can provide GST number for input credit
All payments are processed through Razorpay with 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store your card details.
